Berry Picking on the Farm, Camellia's, Thunder Bay, On

 It's Summertime - one of my favourite activities is going to pick Strawberries. Off we went to Belluz Farms, a neighbour of ours. Here are ripening Saskatoons we saw on the farm.

 We have lots of rain lately in Thunder Bay, but there are lots of Berries to pick.

 Look at that strawberry - biting into one is an explosion of flavour and sweetness..!!

 In no time we have a  basket picked - and we're heading home to have one of our favourite Dutch treats. Slice strawberries onto a piece of freshly baked bread..sprinkle with a tiny bit of sugar, and enjoy!! ( the Dutch will also do this with tomatoes...sounds strange, but tastes great!)

A great time was had by all  ... what a wonderful activity for a Summer morn - Picking Strawberries!!
