The colour Poipull ( Purple) for Spring, the Camellia, Slate River, Ontario

When my niece was very little, she liked anything purple, but couldn't pronounce purple, so it became poipull... To us here at #TheCamellia, purple is SPRING. We have lovely hand-made purple and lilac Wreaths like this one, for your walls or door. All of our wreaths are hand-wired, not glued. This means you can change the flowers seasonally. One wreath base with seasonal inserts.

Birds' Nest and Tulips, both symbols of Spring. Our Robins are back, but no singing with all the snow and cold in Thunder Bay.

Pansies, so cheerful, can't wait until we can visit our local Greenhouses for bedding-out plants.

You can almost smell these hyacinths blooms, at Keukenhof Gardens.

And, these lovely muscari blooms.

Let's not forget the Lilacs which will soon follow the Hyacinths.

And for any of our Grandchildren who may be reading this, these lilacs grew on your Great-Grandparents Farm in Vickers Heights, Thunder Bay. There was a big hedge of them close to the Farmhouse. Nothing remains of the Farm now, this is your Grandfather Gerry holding the Lilacs, and yes, we both love you all very much.

Come into The Camellia today for some Purple Lavender, some Veruca Cottage Paint, and a wide selection of Purple ribbons.
