Have you ever passed by an old run-down Farmhouse, and loved it, and
started dreaming of what it would be like to totally renovate it? Not
everyone wants to live in a cookie-cutter new house....
One of the oldest properties in our neighbourhood just went up for sale, and yes, it is an old farmhouse, with not so-square corners, crumbling cement steps, and quirky corners. One wonders : will the new owners have the patience and money to fix it up, or will a bulldozer come in and demolish it all?
