Getting past your Fear
We wake up every day to a NEW Day! For some people, mornings may be overshadowed by Fear arising from various situations we may find ourselves in. It may be a recent job loss. The rising prices of gasoline and food. The War going on. Covid related health issues. A recent death in your family circle. And the list goes on, there is no shortage of things to be fearful about. It seems easier to pass out on the couch. Your fears can take over your life, making you unable to take action, to come up with a plan, to push forward. And the tiredness does not help. Our body may shut down and sleep for hours, or sometimes, a whole day. Things will get better.
Reach out for help, there are a lot of Facebook support groups, there are Mental Health groups at your local Hospital, or online. TED talks are another resource, and You Tube has many self-help videos. Reach out to your friends for help.
